The High School Mathematical Contest in Modeling (HiMCM), with its MidMCM division for younger students, is an international team contest where students use maths to solve a real-world problem and write up their solution. It is run online by COMAP.
- Who can apply: Teams of up to 4 school students from the same school, with a teacher from that school as advisor. Students born on or after 1 May 2012 can enter MidMCM. Tutoring and test-prep centres cannot register teams.
- Last date: 4 November 2026 (2:00 pm US Eastern time). Late registrations are not accepted.
- Contest dates: 4 November to 17 November 2026; results by 31 January 2027.
- Fee: US$100 per team (non-refundable)
