Science books for young kids
Science books for young kids, from Playgroup to Class 3: discover the world one topic at a time, with animals, rain, plants, the five senses, day and night, and the human body. Every book is short, true and hands-on, with a little activity to try at home in each chapter.
Young children learn science by asking why, so read a chapter together, try the small activity and let your child ask questions before you answer. Every Explore book is free, and Premium books open as soon as you register for a free account. For more to read together, visit Short Stories and Interactive Books, or return to Playgroup.
